Pastor Robert C. Reinert is the founding pastor of Faith Baptist. This year marks his 32nd year of ministry here as Senior Pastor.

Pastor and his wife, Linda, have six adult children, and four grandchildren. Pastor Reinert received his education at Pillsbury Baptist Bible College and Central Baptist Theological Seminary. He served as Assistant Pastor at Calvary Baptist Church in Lansdale, Pennsylvania for four years before coming to Salisbury.

His ministry has been characterized by the supremacy of Scripture, sacrificial service, and a focus on local and global outreach. 

Pastor Tim Binkley was born in Elkton, Minnesota on May 15, 1974 and came to know the Lord through a Vacation Bible School in 1984.

Pastor Binkley received his education at Maranatha Baptist Bible College and Calvary Baptist Theological Seminary. Pastor and Anne were married on May 23, 2000 and now live in the parsonage here at Faith Baptist Church.

Pastor Tim Binkley has been faithfully serving as the Youth Pastor at Faith since 2003. He and his wife, Anne, are very involved in the music ministry of the church. They have five young children.

Pastor Chris Condos was born in Middlebury, Vermont, and was saved at age 10. While attending a Christian school and high school, he felt the Lord leading him into ministry. He attended Clearwater Christian College, and graduated with a B.A. in Pastoral Studies in 2003. Following graduation, he attended Calvary Baptist Theological Seminary, graduating with a Master of Divinity in May of 2007. 

Pastor Chris Condos has been serving at Faith Baptist since 2007. He leads the ministry to the local Detention Center, and oversees the G.R.O.W. outreach ministry. He and his wife, Julie, lead Master Clubs, our Wednesday evening children's ministry. They have one child.

 

Ron A. Rice has been at Faith Baptist Church since August of 1997. He is the Administrator and Teacher at Faith Baptist School.

Ron received Christ as his Savior during his senior year of high school, then attended Bob Jones University, where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree. The Lord leading him into ministry, Ron then acquired his Master of Divinity and Masters of Religious Education degrees from Central Baptist Theological Seminary.

He has four adult children and five grandchildren.
